Guelph Junior Ultimate
One of the most important areas of growth in Ultimate is Juniors. Unlike most other sports most Ultimate players are introduced to the game late in life. In the past few years there has been an explosion in the number of Juniors participating and touring. USA Ultimate noted Juniors as their largest growth demographic last year and many other national organizations (such as Ultimate Canada) have made it a priority.

CUUC: Toronto vs Ottawa
On the morning of finals day Toronto took on Ottawa in a strong display handling prowess as well as a strong wind that nearly nullified Toronto’s lead. Featuring players from the U23 team, GOAT, GT, Cambo Cakes, Firebird, and Phoenix it was a handler dominated game.

CUUC Women’s Final
Originally I had planned to post some Beach Ultimate today but a Festivus Miracle has occurred. The trigger was my participation in the 3rd Annual Aurora Christmas Classic. I had attended last year and was surprised by the talent present and now have made it a must attend tournament for each year.
Held at the Aurora Sports Dome in Aurora Ontario the tournament features the top young talent in region and it’s quite an important region.

CUC 2010 Open Final
Rounding out the CUC 2010 series we now reach the CUC 2010 Finals between Mephisto (Montreal) and Moondoggies (Toronto+others). With the lead changing hands several times, a large crowd, and plenty of wind the finals proved to be one of the most exciting on record.
A big thank you to everybody that helped us bring the CUC 2010 series to you.

CUC 2010 Women’s Final
Just in time for today we bring you the Women’s Final featuring Storm and Stella. The game
begins in the calm but as the wind picks up for the first time all weekboth teams have some…issues. It was especially tough for the ladies as they warmed up when it was calm and then faced choppy wind conditions during the game.

CUC 2010 Mixed Finals
Slightly delayed for the day as it’s a massive file that’s been processed IAmUltimate along with CUC 2010 Sherbrooke brings you the Mixed Final. Now that we’re into the finals days the processing may take a bit longer as they’re longer games. There may not be a Finals video each Wednesday but there will be a video of some sort.
Featuring an all Quebec final between ONYX and RIP the match started well, slowed down, and then got quite exciting.
