Canada has expressed interest in participating in the U23 tournament but a true gauge of interested is required. Ultimate Canada has released a survey to be completed by those players that are eligible to play in the tournament. You may find the survey here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2Q7FPDCIf you know of players that qualify then please pass the link onto them as the survey closes on February 24th.

I apologize for not getting to this sooner but ONYX appears to already startedtheir tryout process. News of tryouts filters in slowly but surely. Thanks to all captains that are sending information in. It seems that Quebec is taking the lead in terms of organization and prepping for Prague. More details will follow but so far RIP tryouts are planned for March 13th and 14th from 1900 till 2100 each night.

Anne Mercier and Alex Benedict are collecting information on those that are interested in attending the WFDF U23 Championships on a Canadian team. They’ve done quite a bit of the groundwork and will be sending the collected information to Ultimate Canada. Bonjour mes amis. The “Canadian Ultimate Players Association” (CUPA) has officially changed in name to become “Ultimate Canada” (UC). This move was approved at the 2009 AGM in Montreal and it is now official. UC is bilingually appropriate and also falls in line with how other National organizations are named. This name change means a new logo is needed and the RFP can be found here: http://www.canadianultimate.com/files/UC%20Logo%20RFP%20Final.pdf
